Manisha is a Senior Project Associate with The Urban Catalysts. Her work focuses on climate-resilient, equitable transport systems.

She has conducted mixed methods research and supported projects to mainstream a gender and accessibility perspective in mass rapid transit investments. Currently, she is coordinating a project that focuses on leveraging digitalization in public transport ticketing systems to collect gender-disaggregated data and enhance the safety of public transport journeys for women.
